Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure may be subject to charges because transportation, boat services, entrance tickets and other tour arrangements may already have been confirmed.

If an activity is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, an alternative date or suitable alternative arrangement may be offered.
