You can cancel most bookings directly from your Tourvigator account.
How to cancel
- Log in to your Tourvigator account
- Go to My Bookings in your dashboard
- Find the booking you want to cancel and click on it
- Click Cancel Booking
- Select your reason for cancellation and confirm
Cancellation policies
Each activity has its own cancellation policy, shown on the activity page before you book. Common policies:
- Free cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the activity starts
- Partial refund: Some activities offer a partial refund if cancelled within 24 hours
- No refund: Some activities (especially tickets and time-sensitive experiences) are non-refundable
What if I can't cancel online?
Contact our support team as soon as possible: help@tourvigator.com or +255 767 405 090. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a refund if the cancellation deadline has passed.
