How to manage bookings in your supplier dashboard

Your Tourvigator supplier dashboard gives you full visibility and control over your bookings.

Viewing bookings

Go to Bookings in your supplier dashboard to see all upcoming, completed, and cancelled bookings. You can filter by date, activity, or status.

Confirming bookings

Most bookings are automatically confirmed. If you've set your activity to require manual confirmation, you'll receive a notification for each new booking and have 24 hours to confirm or decline.

Cancelling a booking

If you need to cancel a booking (e.g., due to bad weather or insufficient participants), go to the booking in your dashboard and click Cancel Booking. The traveler will be notified and refunded automatically.

Communicating with travelers

Use the built-in messaging or contact details on the booking to communicate with travelers before and after their activity. You can send meeting point details, preparation tips, or answer questions.
