How to cancel a booking

You can cancel most bookings directly from your Tourvigator account.

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your Tourvigator account
  2. Go to My Bookings in your dashboard
  3. Find the booking you want to cancel and click on it
  4. Click Cancel Booking
  5. Select your reason for cancellation and confirm

Cancellation policies

Each activity has its own cancellation policy, shown on the activity page before you book. Common policies:

  • Free cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the activity starts
  • Partial refund: Some activities offer a partial refund if cancelled within 24 hours
  • No refund: Some activities (especially tickets and time-sensitive experiences) are non-refundable

What if I can't cancel online?

Contact our support team as soon as possible: help@tourvigator.com or +255 767 405 090. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a refund if the cancellation deadline has passed.
