How to find your booking confirmation and voucher

Your booking confirmation and voucher are sent to your email address immediately after a successful booking on Tourvigator.

Finding your voucher

Check your inbox for an email from Tourvigator with the subject line "Booking Confirmation – [Activity Name]". The email contains your voucher details and booking reference.

If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Accessing your voucher from your account

  1. Log in to your Tourvigator account at tourvigator.com
  2. Go to My Bookings
  3. Click on the relevant booking
  4. Click Download Ticket or View booking details

Do I need to print my voucher?

In most cases, you can show your voucher on your mobile device. However, some activities (especially those in areas with poor connectivity) may require a printed copy. Check the voucher instructions for details.
