TourVigator operates under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement between TourVigator and the relevant party.

We act as an intermediary between travelers (customers) and suppliers (operators). The actual activities, tours, and experiences listed on this platform are provided directly by independent third-party suppliers.
TourVigator is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of the experiences provided by suppliers. Each supplier listed on the platform is responsible for maintaining all required local licences, permits, and insurance in accordance with Tanzanian law and the laws of their respective operating country.
We are responsible for our own content published on this platform. We are not obligated to monitor third-party content submitted by suppliers, but we reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies, applicable laws, or the rights of others upon becoming aware of a violation.
