TourVigator operates as an online marketplace for tours, activities, excursions, attractions, and travel experiences. The platform enables travelers to discover, compare, and book experiences offered by independent third-party suppliers.
Suppliers may list and offer activities in different countries and destinations, subject to TourVigator's supplier verification, content requirements, applicable laws, and platform policies.
TourVigator acts as an intermediary and marketplace platform connecting travelers with independent suppliers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TourVigator is not the provider, operator, organiser, guide, carrier, or owner of the activities and experiences listed by suppliers on the platform.
Each supplier is independently responsible for the activities, tours, experiences, services, information, pricing, availability, safety arrangements, and representations associated with its listings.
Suppliers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licences, permits, registrations, certifications, approvals, insurance, and other authorisations required to legally provide their activities in the country or jurisdiction where those activities take place.
Suppliers are also responsible for complying with applicable consumer protection, tourism, employment, health and safety, environmental, tax, VAT, data protection, and other legal requirements applicable to their operations.
Listing an activity on TourVigator does not transfer these legal or regulatory responsibilities to the platform.
TourVigator is a company registered in Zanzibar, Tanzania. Our own tax and regulatory obligations are determined by the laws applicable to our business and operations in Tanzania.
Each supplier is independently responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and paying any taxes, VAT, tourism levies, duties, fees, or other governmental charges applicable to its business, services, bookings, and activities in the jurisdiction where it operates, unless applicable law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
TourVigator may request information and supporting documentation from suppliers as part of its verification and onboarding procedures.
Verification may include business registration information, tourism or operating licences, tax documentation, insurance information, identification documents, and other information considered necessary for platform compliance and risk management.
Supplier verification does not constitute a guarantee, certification, or representation by TourVigator that a supplier's activities comply with every legal requirement in its operating jurisdiction.
While TourVigator may facilitate discovery, booking, communication, payment processing, and other marketplace functions, the supplier remains responsible for the actual delivery of the booked activity or experience.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TourVigator is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, representations, cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, property damage, or failure to deliver services by a third-party supplier.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Suppliers may submit descriptions, photographs, videos, prices, schedules, reviews, business information, and other content to the platform. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that content they submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.
TourVigator may review, modify, restrict, suspend, or remove supplier content where it considers this necessary to comply with applicable law, platform policies, safety requirements, or the rights of users and third parties.
