If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in a few steps.
How to reset your password
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from Tourvigator
- Click the link in the email and enter your new password
The password reset link expires after 60 minutes. If it has expired, repeat the process to get a new link.
I didn't receive the reset email
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you're using the email address you registered with
- Wait a few minutes — sometimes emails are delayed
