When will I receive my refund?

Refund timelines depend on how you paid and your bank's processing time.

Refund timelines

  • Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days after the refund is processed
  • Mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel, Tigo): 1–3 business days

When is a refund processed?

We process refunds within 3–5 business days of approving your cancellation or refund request. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

I haven't received my refund

If it's been more than 10 business days since your refund was processed and you haven't received it:

  1. Check with your bank — sometimes refunds take longer to appear
  2. Contact our support team with your booking reference: help@tourvigator.com or +255 767 405 090

Note: Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
