Date changes are subject to the supplier's availability and modification policy.
How to request a date change
- Log in to your account and go to My Bookings
- Click on the booking you want to change
- Click Request Date Change (or Update Details if available)
- Select your new preferred date and submit the request
The supplier will review your request and confirm the new date. You'll receive an email notification once the change is confirmed.
Important notes
- Date changes are not always possible, especially for time-sensitive activities or fully booked dates
- If the price for the new date is different, you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund
- If the supplier cannot accommodate your new date, you may be eligible for a full refund
