Our verification process
- Business registration: We verify that the supplier is a legally registered business
- Licenses and permits: We check that the supplier holds the required licenses for their activities (e.g., tourism licenses, safety certifications)
- Insurance: We require suppliers to have appropriate liability insurance
- Quality review: Our team reviews the activity descriptions, photos, and pricing before approval
Ongoing monitoring
We continuously monitor supplier performance through traveler reviews and ratings. Suppliers with consistently poor reviews are investigated and may be removed from the platform.
Verified badge
Suppliers who have completed our full verification process display a Verified badge on their profile and activity listings.
